ProASIC (Prototype) SEE TEST

BNL

August 2000
and
September 2000

Updated: September 8, 2000.

Part Number: A500K050 (Prototype)

Package: PQFP208

Test Facility: Brookhaven National Labs

Test Dates: August 21, 2000 and September 7, 2000.

Ions: Br-81, 252.5 MeV

Bias: Nominal Only - 3.3V (I/O) and 2.5V (Core)

S/N: LAN3303, LAN3304

Summary, August 2000 Test

Beam flux was approximately 105 ions/cm2/sec.  Two runs were made with S/N LAN3303 and one run was made with S/N LAN3304.  For all three runs, SEL was detected immediately upon opening of the shutter, SL.1
