A42MX36 Heavy Ion Test

Summary

A A42MX36 device was tested at Brookhaven National Lab, using Chlorine ions.  VCC was set to a nominal 5.0VDC.  The device was statically biased for this test.   Latchup was detected at an LET of 13.2 MeV-cm2/mg..
