KM4 Anomalies

S/N 80063: Shift Register Functional Fail

Summary:

S/N 80063 was programmed.  During the tri-temperature ATE test the unit failed the shift register block testing at cold temperature.  Analysis determined that a failed K antifuse was the cause.
