KM3 Anomalies

S/N 80003 - F antifuse.

S/N 80003 is from wafer lot BP1037101 and had lot date code 0516.

The unit passed 1,000 hours of HTOL testing, steps KM3-1 through KM3-4.  Step KM3-5 was for 250 hours of LTOL testing where the unit failed the 50 MHz functional test in the shift register array chain.  Delay and DC parameters did not indicate any anomalies.

Frequency margin testing shows that the delta propagation delay is approximately 28 ns.  Manual fuse checking identified an F-antifuse anomaly on the data path within the shift enable circuit
