Notes

1. Devices at the tail of the t_PLH histogram are close to the mean and are identified by serial number for further tracking throughout the course of this experiment.

2. Devices at the tail of the t_PHL histogram were examined and no faults were detected.  The Action Probe feature of the device was used for electrically probing signals internal to the device.

3. S/N 38061: Out of Specification V_IH

4. S/N 50867, 50767 are reference units
