Notes

  1. Devices at the tail of the tPLH histogram are close to the mean and are identified by serial number for further tracking throughout the course of this experiment.

  2. Devices at the tail of the tPHL histogram were examined and no faults were detected.  The Action Probe feature of the device was used for electrically probing signals internal to the device.

  3. S/N 38061: Out of Specification VIH

  4. S/N 50867, 50767 are reference units
