On Wednesday May 11, 2005, a Briefing on the Actel RTSX-S and RTSX-SU devices was given at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.  The briefing started at 9:30 am and finished up around 5:30 pm.

Douglas Sheldon of CalTech/JPL requested a group discussion on the pros and cons
of post-programming electrical testing and dynamic burn-in.  This debate, ongoing
