Workshop: Pyrotechnic Initiators, Applications, and Lessons Learned
On Tuesday, June 7, 2005, a workshop will be held on pyrotechnic initiator circuits. This meeting is designed for ordnance, systems, electronics, and safety engineers, providing a forum for technical discussions, interaction and the sharing of experiences. The goal is to increase our ability to design effective, reliable, and safe pyrotechnic systems.
Topics to be covered include the basics of pyrotechnic devices, their specifications and qualifications, applications of the devices, and lessons learned.
The workshop will be given at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. The briefing will start at 9:30 am in Building 11 AETD conference room, located on the second floor. Attendance is limited to US citizens only.
Registration is required so that facilities can be properly managed and visitor requests may be processed and appropriate refreshments provided. Please register for the seminar using the form below. If you have any questions or comments, please e-mail me.
