Birds of a Feather: Mitigation Methods for Reprogrammable Logic in the Space Radiation Environment

Tuesday, September 9, 2003
1:45 pm in the Amphitheater

Session Chair:
Ken LaBel, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center

NOTE: This is a special session held during the latter part of the lunch break on Tuesday, September 9, in the Amphitheater.  Lunch will be a buffet and it is recommended that attendees of this special session eat early as food is not permitted in the Amphitheater.

This special session will feature a lively discussion about mitigation methods for the application of reprogrammable devices in the space radiation environment.  The trade space of complexity, circuit impacts, verification, overhead in resources such as space and power, etc. versus effectiveness will be examined and discussed.

Target devices will include:

If you wish to make a brief presentation please contact Ken LaBel.
