2002 MAPLD International Conference

Industrial and Government Exhibits Request

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in an industrial or government exhibit for MAPLD 2002.  Again, there will be no charge for industrial or government exhibits at MAPLD 2002.  However, all exhibitors must register for the conference at the regular participant rate.  You will be welcome at all sessions and meals and will also receive a copy of the Conference Proceedings for each person registering.

You will be supplied with floor space, tables, chairs, and Internet and phone connections free of charge.  Exhibit locations are given out on a first-come, first-served basis.  Last year all the exhibits did not fit in the space allocated for this part of the conference.  As a result, all services may not be available (such as internet and phone, etc.) if we have to place your exhibit in the lobby.

Returning exhibits may make reservations, with identical service to the 2001 MAPLD International Conference, by sending a short e-mail request.  New exhibitors, or those wishing to change their service levels, please send me, via e-mail, the following information:

Thanks,

We hope to see you at MAPLD 2002,

Exhibit Shipping Information

You must make your own shipping arrangements.  Please use the address below, exactly as shown, to minimize delays on receiving and shipping your material.  The Kossiakoff Conference Center is outside of the main area of APL.  If your shipment goes directly to the main APL receiving area, because of the procedures in place, you will have about 1 extra day delay in receiving your material.  You may ship your exhibits early and they will be stored for you.
