"Honeywell's Radiation hardened SRAM FPGA" Becky Dibari Honeywell Field Programmable Gate Arrays are important to space Craft Electronics. Quality, high speed, radiation-hard FPGAs are needed. This paper will discuss the radiation-hardened FPGA effort at Honeywell. Emphasis will be placed on the design and trade-offs involved in the SRAM storage cells and pass transistors, as well as the effect of technology on device capacity while keeping a high radiation tolerance level. Proposed total dose and SEU testing will also be discussed.
